Sales Team Routine

The daily routine that keeps Facebook learning

Facebook only learns from what the team records. Two minutes per lead keeps the signal clean.

#WhenDo this in MCC PipelineSent to Facebook?
01New Facebook lead arrivesNothing. The card appears in New Lead automatically.Lead event (already in place)
02Within 24 hours: the lead is spam, fake, a vendor pitch or not a fitMove the card to Bad Lead. The bad lead tag is added automatically.Never
03The lead books a discovery callNothing. The booking lands in Booking Requested automatically. No
04The call happened and the lead is a real prospectMove the card to Booking Completed.Yes: Qualified Call
05The lead did not show upMove the card to Booking No Show.No
06The lead signsSet the card status to Won.Yes: Client Won
07Not interested or went coldMove the card to Lost.No

One rule

Only Booking Completed and Won are sent to Facebook. A lead tagged "bad lead" or "spam likely" is never sent, even if its card is moved by mistake.

Meta setup (Events Manager): prepared

Two custom conversions now count these events in Ads Manager: Qualified Call (MCC Pipeline) and Client Won (MCC Pipeline). Add them as columns to see which campaigns and ads produce real calls and clients.

Note: ad optimization on lead quality is not available yet

Meta only lets a campaign optimize for a CRM stage (its Conversion Leads feature) once the account sends about 250 leads a month, at least 60% of leads are matched to CRM events, and 1% to 40% of leads reach the chosen stage within 28 days. My Cloud Crew currently receives about 6 Facebook leads a month. Everything is set up so that when volume grows, Booking Completed can be chosen as the optimization stage with no changes in the CRM.
